After recently relocating from the UK, I struggled to adapt and found a few bad habits creeping into my lifestyle (laziness / bad nutrition / lack of energy). I was recommended House of Training by a family member and after some procrastination eventually signed up. 100%, since arriving in NZ this has been the best thing I've been involved in. The stand out for me has been the coaches, Loren, Paula, Chris, Stuart and Jemma who are all awesome. They are all incredibly supportive, patient and make sure you are doing the exercises safely and with good form. I also really enjoy the variance of the sessions. This sums up the gym for me the knowledge you gain from the coaches and other members and the sharing of your own knowledge with them is the community that this place provides.   • How long do I have to commit to?

There’s no long term commitment here, it’s just 30 days for you to experience what we have to offer and get results! After the 30 days, you’re free to leave if you want (See below for more info…)

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a very long time or have little experience?

With our personalised approach no matter what your fitness ability is we’ll cater the programme around your needs and preferences. You will have revamped your fitness, strength & overall energy levels and feel awesome!

  • What happens at the end of the FREE session?

The choice is completely up to you. If you’d like to continue to progress your results, then we can steer you in the right direction towards the best possible option for you and continue. If you don’t think it’s the right fit for you, we can end on friendly terms.

  • What if I’ve had past or current injuries?

It’s very common for us to work with individuals with various injuries and pains. We’ll work around your injuries and even work to eliminate those niggles so you can live pain-free.
