Metabolic Conditioning

To achieve a toned, sculpted and fit body you can be proud of you will take part in our training sessions that are fun, short and effective. If you’re new to exercise we’ll start you slow so you have nothing to worry about and guide you all the way. Unlike other gyms that just leave you to ‘get on with it’ alone, we show you exactly what to do so you get the best results in the shortest amount of time.

Nutrition

The hardest part of the puzzle is always nutrition. But we make it easy for you with our systemised nutrition process that will show you exactly what to eat and when, without having to starve yourself, skip meals, or just eat vegetables for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Accountability

It’s very common in the fitness industry for people a join gym or health club and receive zero accountability. You simply get given a membership card and you’re told to get on with it. We do things a bit differently and with a smile. After recently relocating from the UK, I struggled to adapt and found a few bad habits creeping into my lifestyle (laziness / bad nutrition / lack of energy). I was recommended House of Training by a family member and after some procrastination eventually signed up. 100%, since arriving in NZ this has been the best thing I've been involved in. The stand out for me has been the coaches, Loren, Paula, Chris, Stuart and Jemma who are all awesome. They are all incredibly supportive, patient and make sure you are doing the exercises safely and with good form. I also really enjoy the variance of the sessions. It's been great to learn some new skills and I always feel like I'm progressing each week. Lastly, I've met some really nice people during my sessions. Everyone has been so supportive, friendly and welcoming.
In summary, this is the best venue I've trained at and I would absolutely recommend to anyone that wants to get fit, progress their fitness or learn some new skills.

This sums up the gym for me the knowledge you gain from the coaches and other members and the sharing of your own knowledge with them is the community that this place provides. I have gained strength, form and competitiveness been a member for the last few years but more importantly have meet some really awesome people.
